Gagandeep is a Lawyer and a company secretary by profession and has more than a decade of experience in advising in corporate legal, secretarial and financial matters including financial and corporate structuring and planning, transaction advisory, RBI & SEBI liaising and approvals, mergers and amalgamations, capital market advisory, forex advisory, etc.

Additionally, he has worked with many foreign companies setting up their business in India and vice-versa, along with setting up of manufacturing units and technology implementation.
