With nearly 15 years of experience in corporate law and governance, Ms Rupa has a proven track record of providing strategic guidance and operational support to a diverse range of organizations. Her expertise spans multiple sectors including real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, industrial, manufacturing, IT services, charitable trusts, and financial services.

Ms Rupa has held key roles in some of India’s most respected conglomerates and listed companies, such as Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, DLF Limited, Ambuja Realty, and the Edelweiss Group. She is highly skilled in company law, corporate governance and compliance, bringing a deep understanding of the complexities involved in these areas. Her proficiency extends to critical corporate functions such as due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) regulations, and the public listing of debt securities. Additionally, she has played a pivotal role in establishing robust compliance systems for group companies and has been instrumental in managing corporate secretarial functions.

She is a member and an All-India Rank holder in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She also holds a Bachelor of Law degree and a Master’s degree in Commerce. She is passionate advocate for knowledge sharing and professional networking, and had actively contributed as a faculty member and committee member of the Gurgaon Chapter of the ICSI.
